These wonderful fruit breakfast balls with a great blueberry muffin taste are inspired by American blueberry oat muffins and are a really healthy breakfast. Each one is made with gluten-free oats, lots of cashew nuts, almonds and blueberries. They add vegetable protein, sprinkle with cinnamon and add a little linseed to make them a bit crunchy. These blueberry beauties contain 6.5g of vegetable protein, are high in fibre and to make them even healthier they have added vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D3!
