Ramon Bilbao Crianza

A true Spanish classic from Rioja. Medium-bodied wine. Its aroma is dominated by the sweet notes of blackberry, liquorice and the spiciness of nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Its flavour is intense, medium-acid wine with well-integrated tannins. Black fruits and woody aromas appear in the aftertaste.

Bodegas Ramón Bilbao was founded in 1924 in the town of Haro, the capital of the Rioja wine region. Today we have 240 hectares of our own vineyards, divided between Rioja and Rueda, plus another 900 hectares in the main quality districts of D.O.C. Rioja and D.O. Rueda.

We have a team of viticultural experts who respect the land and care for the vines using completely natural methods. Our love of wine above all, combined with a non-conformist spirit, has resulted in our innovation and a unique way of looking at the “terroir”. With this we have managed to constantly surprise critics and consumers, and become oenological points of reference all over the world, as these wines continue to be the most sought-after in Spanish bars and restaurants.
