Preparation

In the oven:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the frozen fish fillets on a baking sheet. Bake for about 16 minutes (in a convection oven for about 15 minutes).

We recommend baking on parchment paper in case the cheese sauce leaks out.

In a pan:

Heat 5 tablespoons of oil. Fry the frozen fish fillets over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Do not refreeze the thawed product!

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or below until the end of the month indicated on the side of the package.
