Instructions for use
In a frying pan:
- Put about 1/2 cm of oil in the frying pan and heat it up well. Place the still frozen fish fingers in the oil - do not let the fat cool down too much - and fry over a medium heat for about 5-8 minutes, turning several times, until golden brown.
In the oven:
- After preheating the oven to 220 °C, place the fish fingers on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place the tray in the middle position and bake in the oven for 13-14 minutes at 220°C. Turn the fish fingers over once after 6 minutes. Bake in a fan oven for 12-13 minutes, turning after 6 minutes. Always cook the fish thoroughly!
