Serving suggestion - Pork tenderloin with lecsó and tarragon

• Preparation time: 35 minutes
• Ingredients for 4 people: 1 jar of Rege Natúr Lecsó, 4 slices of pork tenderloin, salt, freshly ground pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 200 g tarragon, 2 tbsp. sunflower oil, salt.

Preparation

1. Season the tenderloin slices with salt and pepper on both sides. Fry in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side, then rub the slices with the crushed garlic and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Halfway through, spoon some of the lecsó onto the slices and bake until done.
2. Toast the tarragon in oil until golden brown, season with salt, then pour in twice the amount of water. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until tender and all the liquid has evaporated. Be careful not to burn it, stir occasionally.
3. Serve the lecsó meat slices with the soft-cooked tarragon.
