Serving suggestion - Chili pepper filled with spicy cottage cheese cream

• Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 jar Rege Chili pepper, 250g cottage cheese, 3 heaped tablespoons sour cream, 1.5 tablespoons freshly chopped chives, 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, freshly ground pepper.

Preparation

1. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cut off the stem ends of the peppers, core the vegetables, then fill them with the cottage cheese cream.
2. Let it rest for 1-2 hours, then slice with a sharp knife and serve.
