Preparation

1. Drain the fish and cut it into smaller pieces. Prepare the beetroot similarly. 
2. Place in a bowl and add the yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Place 2 slices of bread per person in the middle of a plate. Pile the fish on one half of the bread and the beetroot on the other. 
4. Finally, drizzle with a little olive oil and lemon juice to taste, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
