The San Donaci winery, one of the oldest farms in the Salento area, was founded in 1933 thanks to the entrepreneurial idea of a group of 12 farmers, who later formed their company to protect their products and their land.
Today, Cantina San Donaci uses highly innovative technologies. The deepening of the automatic stainless steel caps, the fermentation temperature control, the soft presses contribute to the improvement of the excellent sensory and quality characteristics of their products, highlighting their typical taste and aroma. What distinguishes their products the most is that the aging phase takes place in oak barrels, which improve their already excellent quality with their characteristic aroma.

Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
