Bernard Celebration Lager is an unpasteurized, light pale lager made with a soft yeast culture and secondary fermentation. Its aroma is bready, its taste has slight caramel notes. After pouring, the slightly hazy color in the glass is caused by the yeast sediment due to the secondary bottle fermentation.

The Bernard brewery in Humpolec, Czech Republic, was founded in 1991 by three private individuals. They bought the originally ruined brewery from the 16th century at an auction, and after its renovation, they quickly made it a well-known premium brand in the Czech Republic.

The brewery's master brewers still adhere to their traditions to this day, which is why the unpasteurized, full-bodied beers they produce can almost be considered craft beers. Following fermentation in their own cellars, the maturation takes place according to tradition, for several weeks at a temperature of around 1-2°C. The filtration process is carried out at 2 °C using special microbiological filters, so that the wort retains its original aroma and taste in addition to its healthy nutrients.
