Producer information

The Piszkei Öko organic bakery started making bread and pastries from wholemeal organic grains in Lábatlan in 1992. They use the best quality, chemical-free grains and seeds available in the country to make their products. They grind the grain in their own organic mill just before baking, so that it retains all of its vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Their organic products are made exclusively without the use of milk and eggs, so they can be consumed by people with milk or egg allergies and vegetarians.
