Organic isler is a vegan version of the traditional isler, made with spelt flour dough, which is not only delicious, but also a healthy snack for the whole family. It is also excellent as a cake for guests, but with a sugar-free espresso coffee it is heavenly.

Producer information

The Piszkei Öko Bio bakery has been producing and selling breads, bakery products and pastries made from organic cereals since 1992. We use the best quality, chemical-free cereals and seeds available in the country to make our products, so that we can delight our customers with baked goods of outstanding nutritional value.

We grind the grain in our own organic mill just before baking, so that it retains all of its vitamins, minerals and trace elements. We make our organic products exclusively without the use of milk and eggs, so they can be consumed by people with milk or egg allergies and vegetarians.
