Use
- Baking: cakes with edible starch are particularly light and crumbly. Mix the edible starch thoroughly with the flour and sift. To improve the quality of cakes, omelettes, noodles, strudels, sponge cakes and baking powder doughs, replace ¼-½ of the flour quantity specified in the recipe with edible starch.
