Celeriac

Celery is one of the most distinctive-tasting vegetables you can find in your kitchen. Fresh, it can be a perfect snack, or to preserve the vitamins, you can also consume it raw, in juice. It can be an excellent soup flavouring, or you can also consume it on its own in the form of cream soup.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place, between 5-10°C. If you want to consume it for a longer period, it is worth storing it in the refrigerator.
