Use
Preheat the teapot or cup with hot water, then pour the water out. Place 5 grams of tea leaves in the vessel and pour 200 ml of 80°C water over them. Let it steep for 1–2 minutes, then slowly pour out the tea. The tea can be infused 2–3 times; for subsequent infusions, a shorter steeping time is sufficient.
