The "Ceremonial grade" means that it is made from the freshest, first spring harvest and the tea leaves at the very top of the bush. This is how the jade green, distinctive, rich-flavored matcha tea powder is made.

Due to its special earthy flavor, in addition to its classic preparation, it is a perfect choice for sweet flavors, sprinkling on cookies, breakfast porridge, or even making matcha latte.

Matcha tea preparation:

1. Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder to make it lump-free
2. Pour hot but not boiling water to taste (typically 60-80ml)
3. Stir thoroughly until "frothy"
4. Consume the prepared matcha tea
