Pecorino La Tessa Vineyard Selection
A premium vineyard selection made from 100% Pecorino grape variety. The La Tessa vineyard is located in the Abruzzo region, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea, at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level, predominantly on clay and limestone soil.
The grapes are cold-soaked for a short period, then gently pressed, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Its color is straw yellow with golden hues. It is characterized by a round, intricate, and very complex, elegant aroma, full of fruity, fresh, and floral notes, which, when tasted blind, could even be mistaken for the wine of the most popular New Zealand white grape variety. Well-structured, full-bodied, soft, with a long and saline aftertaste.
Ideal serving temperature: 8-10 °C
Alcohol content: 13%
