BABARCZI Pannonhalmi Irsai Olivér is a pale yellow, fresh, light white wine from the Pannonhalma wine region. On the nose, elderflower, white blossoms and citrus notes appear; on the palate, a lively acidic backbone and citrus-spicy aromas. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Made using a reductive, modern process, aiming to preserve its fruity character. Pairs well with light salads, poultry, fish dishes and fresh cheeses. Ideal serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
Use
Chill before drinking, then after opening serve in a glass. An excellent choice as a refreshing aperitif or alongside light dishes.
