Sesame praline, milk chocolate, and cocoa powder made in their workshop form this premium chocolate dragee sweet. A classic praline with a little extra. Into the crispy sesame praline, we've incorporated roasted sesame seeds, milk chocolate, hazelnut praline also made in our workshop, crispy wafer crumbs, and a pinch of Maldon salt. This salty center creates a perfect harmony with the sweet milk chocolate coating. A special yet crowd-favourite sweet! In 2024, it was awarded a bronze medal by the Academy of Chocolate, and in 2025, a star by Great Taste. The product was made in a craft workshop that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, cereals, and dairy products.

When Flóra Emese Tóth, founder and creative confectioner, dreamed up the Flore Confectionery sweet workshop, she was inspired by Anthony Bourdain's quote above. A sweet funfair where exciting spices, unusual flavour pairings, and new ingredients entertain visitors. With their sweets, they want to give you the experience of carefree play, the magic of novelty, and the joy of surprise. And Flore is happiest when you taste one of their sweets and exclaim: “Wow, I've never tasted anything like this before, but I want it again and again!” To achieve this effect, they constantly research flavour pairings, spices, textures, and technologies that are unusual in sweets, and they crown all this with colourful, playful, funny packaging that brings a smile to your face with every sweet bite.
