Raspberry pâte de fruit (fruit jelly) flavoured with espelette pepper and natural damask rose essence, made in their workshop, 63% Valrhona dark chocolate and freeze-dried raspberry powder make up this premium chocolate dragee confectionery. Pâte de fruit is an indispensable confectionery in French patisseries, the fresh fruit flavour and the jelly-like yet soft texture make this chocolate dragee unique.

The Valrhona chocolate paired with the raspberry jelly was selected from more than twelve different chocolates, the acidic flavour profile of this chocolate uniquely enhances the flavour of the raspberry. Custom designed, colourful graphics, easy-open, resealable and aroma-proof, recyclable doypack bag. The product was made in a craft workshop that also processes nuts, stone fruits, cereals and dairy products.

When Flóra Emese Tóth, founder and creative confectioner, dreamt up the Flore Confectionery confectionery workshop, she was inspired by the above quote from Anthony Bourdain. A sweet amusement park, where exciting spices, unusual flavour pairings and new ingredients entertain visitors. With their confectionery, they want to give you the experience of carefree play, the magic of novelty and the joy of surprise. Flore is happiest when you taste one of their confectionery and exclaim: „Wow, I've never tasted anything like this before, but I want it again and again!” To achieve this effect, they are constantly researching those flavour pairings, spices, textures, technologies that are unusual in confectionery, and they crown all this with colourful, playful, funny packaging that will put a smile on your face with every sweet bite.
