With chef Gianluca Giardi, we have prepared a traditional Italian dish for you: tomato soup, garnished with fresh basil on top.

Whether as a soup or a sauce, tomatoes are part of Czech classics. However, their origin dates back to Southern Europe! That's why Italian chef Gianluca took on the preparation, giving it an Italian charm. Fresh basil enhances the flavors, cream softens the soup, and a little freshly ground black pepper adds a touch of piquancy. Children and adults alike love it!

About the Chef

Gianluca Giardi has experience from restaurants in Dublin, Sydney, and London, but love brought him to Prague. He is the author of over sixty recipes. He draws inspiration from his colleagues, the internet, his parents, and his guests – in short, wherever he can. In his dishes, you can taste the true flavor of Italian tradition.

How does it work?

Instructions for use

Place the pouches in a water bath and heat at a low temperature for approx. 10 minutes, but do not boil the water. Alternatively, pour the soup from the pouch into a saucepan and slowly heat it over low heat, stirring occasionally. The soup should not be boiled. When serving, you can garnish it with fresh basil.

Storage

Store between 0 °C and 4 °C. Consume immediately after opening. Do not reheat.
