Spinelli - Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Pallano
An excellent red wine made from 90% Montepulciano and 10% Sangiovese grape varieties from the Abruzzo region. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 230 m above sea level. The soil is predominantly clayey and calcareous. Ruby red color with vibrant purple hues. Wide aroma, built on red fruits and delicate spicy notes. Good structure, soft, balanced and persistent.
- Ideal companion for typical Mediterranean cuisine, it pairs well with appetizers with meat sauces, as well as grilled red and white meats. It is excellent with various medium-aged cheeses.
- Alcohol content: 13% v/v
Storage
In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, if the bottle is properly sealed with a sparkling wine stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
