Chicken meat is one of the most well-known and significant sources of protein. It has a significant content of vitamins A, B3, D and is a good source of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and selenium.
Consumers' primary demand is for meat with high protein and low fat content, accordingly the most popular type of meat is breast. Chicken meat with skin contains twice as much fat as skinless meat. Thus, in order to reduce fat intake, it is advisable to consume skinless meat. In the case of chicken, it is fortunate that the fatty tissue is located under the skin, it does not permeate the muscle fibres, so it can be easily removed. Lean chicken meat is a good source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, its composition is favourable in terms of proportions, it contains a large amount of oleic and linoleic acid, and phosphatides. Compared to large slaughter animals, chicken meat has a higher protein content, but its collagen content is lower.

Storage:
Store between (-2)-(+4)°C. The product can only be consumed after thorough heat treatment.
