This sweet blackcurrant fruit wine from Hungarian family winery Mokos comes from the Villány region. Made from 100% fresh blackcurrants fermented without oxygen, this dessert wine preserves a rich, full flavour and intense berry aromas. Featuring 500 ml with 9% alcohol, it is best served at 7–10 °C and comes in returnable packaging.

The MOKOS Blackcurrant sweet fruit wine is a premium quality dessert wine made from 100% fresh blackcurrants. The wine's rich, full flavour reflects the intense aromas of berries, which the winery fermented using a technological process similar to traditional grape wines, in an oxygen-free environment. This preserves the fruit's fresh taste and vitamin content.

Producer information
Our Family Winery has been present in the life of the Villány Wine Region for three generations – now in two settlements: Palkonya and Villánykövesd. The big breakthrough in our winery's life came in 2003, when Gábor Mokos began planting 15 hectares of grapes in Palkonya, in the Weingarten vineyard, complementing the Villánykövesd plantations inherited from our ancestors. We expanded our areas in 2018 by planting 2 hectares of white grapes, thereby broadening the possibilities for winemaking in terms of varieties.
