Hugo Spritz Eper recipe:

  • 3 cl strawberry syrup (or fresh strawberry puree)
  • 10 cl Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
  • 2 cl soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Strawberry (for garnish)
  • Mint (for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the strawberry syrup (or puree).
  3. Add the Prosecco and soda water.
  4. Stir gently so the bubbles don't escape.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint leaves.
