At Ostorosbor, they are proud of their home, Eger. They respect the land of Eger and its winemaking traditions. They gladly produce classic Eger wines: Királyleányka, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, as well as the region's prominent cuvée wines, Egri Bikavér and its white counterpart, Egri Csillag. Blending allows them to utilize the most advantageous properties of the base wines and create light, fragrant, flavorful wines that their guests and customers most prefer.

Beyond the characteristic varieties of the Eger wine region, their selection includes almost all popular varieties in Hungary, such as Irsai Olivér and Chardonnay. This is important to them because it allows them to offer variety, color, and a wider range of choices.
