About the brand

Andrea Milano is an Italian family business founded in 1889 by Nicola Milano in Naples. Since then, Acetificio Andrea Milano has become one of the oldest and most renowned vinegar producers in Italy, preserving the art of traditional vinegar making for five generations while continuously innovating and expanding its product range.

The company initially aged its vinegars in beech wood chip barrels, but now uses modern acetification equipment while preserving traditional processes derived from over a century of experience. In the 1990s, under the leadership of the fourth generation, Andrea and Francesco, the company began significant international expansion and acquired a historic vinegar factory in Modena, which is now the pride of Modena Balsamic Vinegar (IGP).

Andrea Milano is committed to quality, sustainability, and innovation. Its products hold numerous international certifications, including organic, IGP, BRC, IFS, Halal, and USDA qualifications.
