PASTA NATURA is the result of our desire to have a healthy and delicious first course that satisfies all tastes and dietary needs. Naturally gluten-free, our organic flours, offered from farm to table, are skillfully processed and transformed into pasta. The production process is as traditional as possible.  Pasta does not deserve the name "pasta" if it is overcooked or not rough enough for the sauce. Our PASTA NATURA range is available in different product lines, all sharing one important common factor: each was created to allow us to experience the perfect taste of pasta, good from seed to table, according to the wishes of artisanal traditions.
