Originating from Central and Southern Italy, its name derives from the word "fuso", meaning spindle. It consists of three spirally twisted wings, so it holds all types of sauces perfectly. Traditionally, it was wound around thin wires or knitting needles and then dried. Excellent base for any sauce, pasta salads or even soups.  

Use

Cook the pasta for 9-10 minutes, or to your taste, similar to traditional pasta.
