The contents of the bag are sufficient for marinating approx. 600g of meat. We recommend it primarily for chicken and turkey breast fillets, but it also works great with thigh fillets if marinated for a longer period of time. Try it with lean pork slices as well!

Instructions for use

Pour the contents of the bag into an acid-resistant bowl. Turn the meat slices in the marinade so that each slice is evenly coated. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, maximum 16 hours. Turn the meat slices in the marinade at least once during the marinating process. You can grill, pan-fry or oven-bake the prepared meat to your liking. Enjoy your meal!
