Alföldi Garabonciás Kft. is a family business operating for more than 20 years, offering artisan dairy products made from goat's and cow's milk. At the beginning of 2024, the EMIH Unified Hungarian Israelite Community became the new owner of the company, which places great importance on respecting traditions and maintaining quality. The aim is for an increasing number of products to have kosher certification in the future. The plant is located in Izsák, Bács-Kiskun county, where they cooperate with local farmers to ensure excellent quality raw materials. The company's philosophy is based on community building, so they support their employees, the local community and various charitable activities. Garabonciás makes its products exclusively from whole milk, often using artisanal methods that follow the values of traditional cheesemaking. Their cheesemakers are experienced professionals for whom cheesemaking is not just a job, but a passion. The company's motto is "there are still miracles", because they believe in the skilful preparation of artisan cheeses.
