Cevapi (also known as cevap or cevapcici) is a traditional Balkan dish, popular mainly in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and other South Slavic countries. This dish consists of small, sausage-shaped meat patties, which are usually prepared by grilling. Cevapcici are grilled on a hot grill or embers, often turning them so that they are evenly cooked on all sides. The ideal grilling time is 5-10 minutes, depending on how thick they are formed.
The origin of cevapcici dates back to the Balkan Peninsula, where it developed under the influence of Turkish kebabs during the Ottoman conquest. Over the years, the Balkan peoples have shaped the dish to their own taste, which has now become one of the most popular grilled dishes in the region. Cevapcici is rich in protein, but it is also relatively high in fat, especially if it contains pork. One serving (approx. 100g) of cevapcici contains an average of 250-300 calories. Cevapcici is not only tasty, but also has cultural significance in the Balkan countries, and is often consumed at family gatherings and festive occasions.

Our company was founded in 1992 as a small slaughterhouse operator, which then developed dynamically. Over the years, the company has specialized in the slaughtering of veal, lamb and sheep. An important element of our business strategy is to increase the consumption of veal and lamb on the domestic market, as well as to expand export markets.
The result of the developments in recent years is the premium products. The production of skin and vacuum-packed meats (aged and seasoned) was brought to life by consumer demand. In addition to normal slaughtering, ritual slaughtering also takes place, all "halal".
