FJK Pasta Sauce 4 Formaggi, four-cheese
A blend of Asiago, Gorgonzola, Montasio, Fontal cheeses, softened with milk powder and cream, preserved with the natural preservative lysozyme (egg white).
Suggested use
- Pour the sauce into a pot.
- Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, then mix the sauce, or pour it over the cooked warm pasta.
- Then pour the sauce directly onto the cooked, warm pasta, mix and serve.
