Where bread has a fragrance, the taste is of excellent grains, the crust is crispy, and where instead of machines and additives, careful baker's hands shape the products with expertise, attention and one by one. They do not compromise on ingredients. The flavours are due exclusively to the organic rye, durum rye, wheat and spelt flours of the most suitable mills, the excellent quality butter and other high-quality ingredients.

They use living water in the workshop, shaping the water into a stream with the help of stones and minerals, thus improving the structure of the water and therefore the dough. They give time to the sourdough, the breads start to ripen the previous night, so that they get their final shape in the hands of the bakers and then in the stone oven. The bakers work at night in their workshop, so that the products arrive fresh on the shelves every morning.

The history of the Brót bakery goes back to 2010, when Wirtz Albrecht and Ágnes started their artisan bakery with the dream of combining German and Hungarian baking traditions to make high-quality breads and pastries, thus offering a tastier, healthier alternative to the residents of the area. The products of the Brót by Villa Bagatelle bakery are available in two places in Buda - on the lower level of the Villa Bagatelle and in the MOM Park shopping centre, and some of their most successful products are now also available on Kifli.hu.
