Etyeki Szenes Charcoal-ripened white mould soft cheese

The bronze medal goat cheese of the 2021 World Cheese Awards and the INTERNATIONAL CHEESE & DAIRY AWARDS also held in 2021.

We ripen this camembert-like cheese with a layer of charcoal powder, which gives the cheese a pleasant taste and appearance. The product is made from 100% whole goat's milk. 

Producer information
