YUTTO Roasted unsalted peanuts

Blanched and roasted peanuts without salt. Peeled, blanched peanuts, deprived of the thin, membrane-like inner shell. Blanching is essentially a kitchen process in which the raw material is pre-cooked, heat-treated, and then quickly cooled down, thus stopping the cooking process. In many places, it is also called scalding or shocking, as the pre-cooking takes place in boiling water, but only for a relatively short time, so the raw material is really only shocked, not fully cooked.

We recommend consuming the product on its own or for making cereals, cakes, fillings, both raw and roasted.

Despite its high fat content, peanuts are rich in vitamins A, E and C, calcium, sodium and fibre, i.e. those nutrients that we consume the least, according to surveys.

Peanuts are a complete food, containing vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy unsaturated fats. They do not contain cholesterol. Scientists have found that a diet rich in monounsaturated fats, such as peanuts, can also help prevent heart disease.

Peanuts are a great source of magnesium, copper, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.
