Instructions for use

Can be consumed immediately after taking it out of the freezer, or can be made even softer by storing it at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Norbert Erdős learned everything there is to know about making creamy, balanced artisan ice cream from the most famous Italian ice cream makers. He does not work with finished products or semi-finished ingredients, but builds the recipes from scratch himself – individually balancing the ingredients for a consistently high-quality end result. The Erdős ice creams are not made in some factory; instead, every single portion is mixed and filled into cups by the Erdős confectionery team in their own workshop. The secret also lies in the quality ingredients: the true taste of premium cream, high-quality Italian and French chocolates, quality pistachios, almonds, and their own cooked fruit creams make Erdős ice creams and gelatos inimitable.
