Norbert Erdős learned everything there is to know about making creamy, balanced artisan ice cream from the most famous Italian gelato makers. He does not work with ready-made products and semi-finished ingredients, but builds the recipes from scratch himself – individually balancing the ingredients for a consistently high-quality end result.
