Preparation

In a pan

Heat 5 tablespoons of oil. Fry the still frozen fish fillets over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.

In the oven

Preheat the oven to 230 °C. Place the still frozen fish fillets on a baking sheet (you can use baking paper). Bake for about 20 minutes (in a convection oven for about 18 minutes).

Do not refreeze the thawed product!

Storage

Keep at a temperature below -18°C until the end of the month indicated on the side of the packaging.
