Usage
Preparation instructions - General
On the stove - Previously frozen
In a pan:
Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the frozen fish sticks at medium temperature for 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the frozen fish sticks on a baking tray. Bake for approx. 15 minutes (12 minutes on the convection program).
Storage
Preserves its quality until the end of the month indicated on the side of the packaging when stored at a temperature below -18°C.
