Producer information

Nobilis Pálinkafarm is nestled at the foot of the Vértes Mountains, between quiet, peaceful villages on the border of nature reserves, on 300 hectares. The mission of their well-kept orchard is to produce the best pálinka base material. There are no added flavors: each bottle contains at least 2.5–4 kg of noble fruit, and water to achieve the optimum alcohol content. The water also comes from a karst spring in Vértesalja. This is how every Nobilis pálinka becomes 100% natural. Apricot, plum, pear and sour cherry become noble spirits in the Pálinkafarm distillery, where the most sophisticated technologies and traditions are used for distillation.
