Dr. Oetker Chocolate Cake Cream Base Powder 

With Dr. Oetker Chocolate Cake Cream Base, you can quickly and easily make the filling for your favorite cakes and pastries. The cake cream base made with real chocolate is simply whipped with 400 ml of cold milk, and the delicious chocolate filling for your cake, sponge roll, or other pastry is ready.

Use

Additional ingredient: 400 ml of cold milk.

1. Pour the 400 ml of cold milk into a tall mixing bowl.
2. Add the cake cream base and mix with a kitchen robot (whisk) first at low speed, then at high speed for at least 3 minutes.
3. Spread the finished cake cream on the cake layers or sponge cake, smooth the top with a knife.
4. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
