Magyar Tej ESL Low-fat Milk 1.5% 

ESL (Extended Shelf Life) technology is positioned between pasteurization and ultra-pasteurization: i.e. cow's milk treated with very high heat, during which the milk is heated to a temperature between 100-135 °C for a few moments, then quickly cooled. As a result, the enjoyment value of the milk does not decrease, and its taste is close to that of more gently heat-treated, pasteurized milk. As a result of the heat treatment used, the milk can be stored for a longer period of time with refrigerated storage. ESL milks require refrigeration between 0 - +6 C.
