Italy Sunset is a Mediterranean-inspired, modern cocktail, born from the harmony of premium craft gin, Aperol, and blood orange. Its bitter-orange, slightly tart flavour profile is made unique by the herbal character of gin and the fresh citrus notes of Aperol. Recommended served chilled, shaken with ice in a shaker, or poured over ice.

Serve the product well-shaken and cold. It can be poured directly into a glass, over ice. Garnish with a halved orange slice or a lime wheel, to taste. Mixed with blood orange sorbet in a shaker, shaken with ice, and fine-strained into a glass, it offers an authentic experience. A special, creative serving style can be created by mixing it with Prosecco, tonic, or soda.
