Interesting fact

The flesh of avocados picked when semi-ripe is tender and easily digestible. Consume it without added fat, simply seasoned with lemon, a little salt, and pepper.

Usage

Excellent as a cream instead of butter for savory sandwiches; for example, on toast, or mashed with a little lemon juice. Ripe avocados should be stored in the refrigerator, while harder ones should be stored at room temperature.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place, between 10-12 °C.
