Rules of the Promotional Campaign
1. Duration of the Promotional Campaign
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a promotional campaign named "Visa Promotional Campaign with Kifli" between July 10, 2023, and September 10, 2023, the terms of participation of which are defined in these promotional campaign rules (hereinafter: "Rules").
2. Organizer and Executor of the Promotional Campaign
The organizer and executor of the Promotional Campaign is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-42.) ("Organizer").
3. Credit Granting Mechanism of the Promotional Campaign
During the promotional campaign, the Organizer will credit 3500 HUF worth of Kifli credit to the customer who placed every 50th order successfully paid with a saved Visa card.
Only orders paid online with a previously saved or saved Visa card at the time of the order will participate in the promotional campaign.
A user can participate in the promotional campaign with multiple orders.
Credits are credited to the user's account once a month, for the previous month's orders, in the first week of the following month.
Users can use the credited credits for 12 months after crediting.
The credited credit cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable.
4. Conditions for Participation in the Promotional Campaign
4.1. These Rules apply to the "Visa Promotional Campaign with Kifli" promotional campaign, and to all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant of the Promotional Campaign acknowledges that it is their duty to inform themselves about the provisions of the Rules before applying for the "Visa Promotional Campaign with Kifli" promotional campaign, and cannot refer to the failure to do so for the purpose of gaining advantages, and this omission cannot be charged to the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the execution.
4.2. The Promotional Campaign is open to users who meet the following conditions: they are adults over 18 years of age, legally competent natural persons, and do not fall into the category of persons defined in point 4.4, and are registered users between July 10, 2023, 0:00 and September 10, 2023, 23:59, and have placed an order on the www.kifli.hu website during this period, which was successfully paid online with a saved Visa card.
The customer can save the card by selecting the Online payment option when choosing the payment method, then, if selecting the Credit card option from the Payment methods, entering their card details and sliding the "Save for next payment" slider to the right, or if selecting Apple Pay or Google Pay payment options, saving their Visa card in the Google Pay or Apple Pay applications.
If the Participant, for any reason, does not meet the conditions set out in these Promotional Campaign Rules, the Organizer may exclude the affected Participant from the Promotional Campaign.
The Participant declares that they have fully read and unconditionally accepted the conditions set out in these Promotional Campaign Rules. If the Participant does not accept the conditions – regarding any of its provisions – the Organizer will exclude them from the Promotional Campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Promotional Campaign without justification in case of manipulation, irregular promotional campaign, abuse, or suspicion thereof.
4.3. The Organizer excludes its liability for any technical problems arising in the Organizer's IT system caused by unforeseen circumstances, which could not reasonably be expected to be avoided or remedied by the Organizer. An IT problem arising with the Participant's IT system does not constitute a breach of contract by the Organizer. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the promotional campaign corresponds to reality during the "Visa Promotional Campaign with Kifli" period. The Organizer excludes all liability for any consequences arising from the inaccuracy or error of personal data provided during the Promotional Campaign.
4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in the organization of the "Visa Promotional Campaign with Kifli" promotional campaign and subcontractors involved in the organization of the "Visa Promotional Campaign with Kifli", and persons in an employment relationship or other legal relationship aimed at work with them, and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1.§ (1) 1. of the Civil Code, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
5. How to Participate in the Contest
5.1. The promotional campaign is exclusively available on the www.kifli.hu website and in the Kifli.hu application.
5.2. The Participant places an order between July 10, 2023, 0:00 and September 10, 2023, 23:59 for delivery to any of the settlements found in the "Where do we deliver?" section at the following link: https://www.kifli.hu/oldal/gyakran-ismetelt-kerdesek
5.3. The winners will be selected from those who ordered from www.kifli.hu between July 10, 2023, 0:00 and September 10, 2023, 23:59 for delivery areas in Budapest, the Budapest agglomeration, Székesfehérvár, the Lake Balaton and Lake Velence regions (see: 5.2.), and successfully paid for the order online with a saved Visa card.
5.4. During the promotional campaign, the Organizer will credit 3500 HUF worth of credit to the customer who placed every 50th order that was successfully paid online with a saved Visa card.
5.5. The Organizer will notify users about the crediting of credits via email.
6. Prize Collection
6.1. Participation in the promotional campaign and the provision of necessary personal data are voluntary. A condition for participation in the promotional campaign is that the participant accepts these rules and the Organizer's data management policy, and fulfills the conditions of the promotional campaign.
The Participant acknowledges that if they do not consent to the processing of their data or withdraw their consent before the deadline specified in point 1, they will not be able to participate in the promotional campaign, given that in this case, the winner cannot be identified.
By participating in the promotional campaign, Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using their names and all contact details provided during the Promotional Campaign for the purpose of notifying the Participant via electronic message.
6.2. Any costs (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the credited credits shall be borne by the Participant.
7. Data Protection
Questions not regulated in these Rules are detailed in the data management policy of the promotional campaign organizer https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek. Questions regarding the promotional campaign are covered in point 4.2, and rules regarding the Participant's rights are in point 8. By accepting these Rules, the Participant declares that they have read and accepted the data management policy.

7.2. Data Processing Purpose and Legal Basis
By participating in the Promotional Campaign, the Participant consents to the processing of their data previously provided during website registration for the following data processing purpose, and the following legal basis arises:
Processed data and designation of data processing: email address, USER ID, bank card type associated with the user account of the customer participating in the Promotional Campaign.
Purpose of data processing: execution of the Promotional Campaign, including drawing and communication.
Legal basis for data processing: consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and, in the case of winners, performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and fulfillment of a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
7.3. Data Retention Period
The data controller processes the data received during the Promotional Campaign exclusively until the purpose is achieved and for the period specified by law.
Processed data: Email address, USER ID, bank card type associated with the user account participating in the Promotional Campaign.
Duration: for the time necessary for the execution and promotion of the Promotional Campaign, until 10.09.2023. In the case of winners, for the period specified in Section 169 (1) of the Accounting Act.
The winner's name will be published at https://www.kifli.hu/targy/nyeremenyjatek-kisokos.
Information on the data management practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., data management requests of Participants (Claim enforcement address: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.) and other data management conditions not regulated in these Rules are provided in the General Data Management Policy (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).
8. Responsibility
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for deficiencies in applications (misspelling of full name, address, phone number, email address, fewer answers, etc.), notification, or other delays. Participants bear all consequences arising from incorrectly provided data or their mailbox being unable to receive mail. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is generally unable to verify the accuracy of the data provided during (or after) the application for the Promotional Campaign. In this regard, responsibility and all associated legal and financial consequences rest solely with the Participants. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for costs, damages, and losses arising from or related to any errors, omissions, malfunctions of the Promotional Campaign, or delays occurring during the Promotional Campaign.
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, and suitability for a given purpose of the Promotional Campaign. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also assumes no responsibility if the Promotional Campaign or the website containing the Promotional Campaign and these Rules are temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons during the Promotional Campaign. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is also not responsible for errors and their consequences caused by reasons beyond its control (e.g., technical malfunction or outage in the Internet network).
If, as a result of or in connection with the Participant's conduct, a third party or any authority or court asserts any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the Participant is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and to compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including non-pecuniary damages) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with any unlawful conduct of the Participant.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the conditions contained in these Promotional Campaign Rules or the Promotional Campaign itself, even during its duration, in such a way that the participant does not suffer any disadvantage. The Organizer will publish notifications about modifications to the rules or the possible termination of the Promotional Campaign in the comment section designated for the announcement of the Promotional Campaign, prior to the modification or termination.
9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if any disputed issue arises regarding the claiming of the Prize, they will primarily attempt to resolve it with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.
