CONTEST RULES – Piszke Contest
1. Duration of the Contest
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. organizes a contest named Piszke contest between August 9, 2023, 00:00 and August 15, 2023, 23:59, the terms of participation of which are defined in these contest rules (hereinafter: “Rules”).
2. Organizer and Administrator of the Contest
The organizer and administrator of the Contest is Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.; company registration number: 01-09-339560; tax number: 26693075-2-44.) (“Organizer”).
3. Prizes of the Contest
After the closing of the contest, the Organizer will draw three winners from all participating players, each receiving 1 Piszke gift package without foil. The gift package contains: 1 pc Crepto toilet paper, 1 pc Szép paper handkerchief, 1 pc Szilvia690 paper towel.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-transferable.
4. Conditions for Participation in the Contest
4.1. The scope of these Rules extends to the Piszke contest and to all participants defined in point 4.2. The participant acknowledges that it is their duty to inform themselves about the provisions of the Rules before applying for the Piszke contest, and they cannot refer to the failure to do so for the purpose of gaining advantages, and this omission cannot be charged to the Organizer or any other person possibly involved in the administration.
4.2. Anyone who meets the following conditions may participate in the Contest: an adult, legally competent private individual over 18 years of age, who does not fall into the category of persons defined in point 4.4, and who, during the contest period, answers the following question under the contest-announcing post published on the Kifli.hu Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/www.kifli.hu/): “How many meters of paper are in a Crepto box?”, and by commenting, has acknowledged and accepted all conditions and data processing information described in these Rules.
If the Player, for any reason, does not meet the conditions set out in these Contest Rules, the Organizer may exclude the Player concerned from the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, the Player acknowledges that they have fully understood the conditions set out in these Contest Rules and have accepted them unconditionally. If the Player does not accept the conditions – with respect to any of its provisions – the Organizer will exclude them from the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude anyone from the Contest without explanation in case of manipulation, unfair play, abuse, or suspicion thereof.
4.3. The Organizer excludes its liability for any technical problems, regardless of whether they occurred in the Player's or the Organizer's IT system or service, or on the Facebook or Instagram social media platform.
4.4. Employees of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., as well as other third parties involved in the organization of the Piszke contest and subcontractors involved in the organization of the Piszke contest, and persons in an employment relationship or other legal relationship aimed at work performance with them, and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1.§ (1) 1. of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Contest.
4.5. By participating in the contest, the Player acknowledges that they have read the Rules and accept all conditions specified therein. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided during the game is accurate and remains accurate throughout the entire duration of the Piszke contest. The Organizer excludes all liability for any inaccuracy or error in the personal data provided during the game.
5. How to Participate in the Contest
5.1. The contest is exclusively available on the Kifli.hu Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/www.kifli.hu/).
5.2. The Player can participate in the contest by logging into their own Facebook user page and answering the following question under the contest-related post published by the Kifli.hu page: “How many meters of paper are in a Crepto box?”.
5.4. The winners will be selected from those who answered.
5.5. After the closing of the contest, on August 16, 2023, the Organizer will draw 3 (three) winners, who will be notified within 3 working days. The Organizer will also draw 3 (three) alternate winners. The drawing is not public and will be conducted by a machine following the principle of randomness via the website https://random.org.
5.6. The Organizer will notify the winners of the prize by e-mail. If the winner does not respond within 2 working days of notification, the alternate winner determined during the drawing will be entitled to the prize, and the Organizer will notify them.
6. Prize Collection
6.1. The winning Players are obliged to contact the Organizer within 2 working days of their notification and provide their full name, address, phone number, which data the Organizer will forward to MAGYAR PISZKE PAPÍR Kft., as the prize provider, for the purpose of delivery.
6.2. The prize will be delivered via courier service, the details of which will be coordinated by the Organizer with the winner, with the cooperation of MAGYAR PISZKE PAPÍR Kft., as the prize provider. The prize provider will attempt delivery only once; if it is not accepted, the winner loses their right to the prize, and the alternate winner takes their place.
6.3. The alternate winner also becomes entitled to the Prize if the winner does not meet any personal and/or material conditions described in these Contest Rules, and is thus excluded from the game by the Organizer, or if the winner waives their prize. The alternate winner will not be disclosed by Kifli.hu Organizer.
6.4. Participation in the contest and the provision of necessary personal data are voluntary. The Organizer guarantees that data processing will comply with all applicable legal provisions.
The Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, to request their deletion or correction via an e-mail sent to Kifli.hu customer service. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. The Participant acknowledges that if they make a statement of prohibition covering their name and contact details before the deadline specified in point 1, they cannot participate in the game, given that in this case, the identification of the winner is not possible.
By participating in the game, the Participants acknowledge and expressly consent to the Organizer using their names and all data provided during the Contest for the purpose of determining the winning Participant and notifying them via electronic message, and to the Organizer and/or its authorized representative publicly disclosing the winner's name without any further conditions or compensation, solely in connection with the Piszke game, if justified or necessary.
When processing your personal data, you have numerous rights that you can exercise at any time. Below we list these rights along with what each means for you. You can exercise your rights by sending a request to one of our contact details specified in point 2.
Right to access and rectify personal data
You are entitled to access, request a copy of, and rectify or update your personal data at any time.
Based on the right of access, you are entitled to receive information about the following:
a) the purposes of the data processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored;
e) the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Right to data portability
Your personal data is portable, so you are entitled to receive it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. This means that you will receive your personal data processed by us in a computer-readable format that you can transfer electronically to another person. However, this right only applies if
a) the data processing is based on your consent;
b) the data processing is carried out for the performance of a contract;
c) the data processing is carried out by automated means.

Right to erasure of personal data
You are entitled to request the erasure of your data if
- your personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose(s) for which they were collected; or
- you withdraw your previous consent to the processing of your personal data, and there is no other legal basis for the processing; or
- you object to the processing of your personal data;
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed; or
- the erasure of your personal data is required to comply with legal obligations.
However, the Data Controller is not obliged to fulfill your request if the data processing is necessary:
- for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information;
- for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
c) for reasons of public interest in the area of public health;
- for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in so far as the right to erasure is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing; or
- for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing
You can restrict the processing of your personal data if
- you believe that the personal data stored about you is inaccurate; or

- we no longer need your personal data for the purpose(s) for which they were originally collected, but you require this data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data and are awaiting confirmation as to whether your interests related to the objection override the legal basis for the processing.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You are entitled to lodge a complaint at any time with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf.: 9.; phone number: +36 (1) 391-1400; email address: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), as the supervisory authority. You are also entitled to turn to a court.
6.5. Any costs (e.g., requesting extra services) and expenses that may arise in connection with the use of the prize shall be borne by the Winner.

7.2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
By participating in the Contest, the Winner consents to the processing of their data for the following data processing purpose, and the following legal basis arises:
Processed data and description of data processing: the username, full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of the Player participating in the Contest.
Purpose of data processing: conducting the Contest, including the drawing, communication, and delivery of the prize.
Legal basis of data processing: the consent of the data subject
Administration related to the winner, prize handover, and fulfillment of tax obligations related to the prize are carried out based on Act XCII of 2003 on the Rules of Taxation, Act C of 2000 on Accounting, and Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax.
7.3. Data Retention Period
The data controller processes the data received during the Contest exclusively until the purpose is achieved and for the period specified by law. The table below shows the duration of data processing:
Processed data: The username and full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of the Player participating in the Contest.
Duration: the duration of the Contest and 6 months thereafter
Winners will be notified by the Organizer via e-mail message.
The data processing practices of Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the data processing rights of Players (Claim enforcement address: 1111 Budapest, Lágymányosi utca 12. fszt. 2.) and other data processing conditions not regulated in these Rules are set out in the General Data Processing Policy (https://kifli.hu/oldal/szemelyes-adatkezelesi-alapelvek).
8. Liability
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for deficiencies in applications (misspelling of full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, fewer answers, etc.), notification, or other delays. Players bear all consequences arising from incorrectly provided data or their mailbox being unable to receive mail. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is generally unable to verify the accuracy of the data during (or after) registration for the Contest. In this regard, liability and all associated legal and financial consequences rest solely with the Players. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any claims for damages or compensation arising from or related to participation in the Contests, any errors, deficiencies, malfunctions of the Contest, or delays occurring during the Contest. By participating in the Contest, the Player expressly waives any claims against Kifli.hu Shop Kft. or any third party regarding the conduct of the Contest, the drawing, the prizes, or the winners.
Kifli.hu Shop Kft. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, error-free operation, completeness, or suitability for a given purpose of the Contest. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. also assumes no responsibility if, during the Contest period, the Contest or the website containing the Contest and these Rules is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. is also not responsible for errors caused by reasons beyond its control (e.g., technical malfunction or outage in the Internet network) and their consequences.
Only the respective Player is responsible for the content submitted during the Contest. Kifli.hu Shop Kft. excludes all liability for any material or non-material damage and legal infringement, or other consequences caused by or otherwise arising in connection with the content submitted, published, or otherwise made public in connection with the Contest, or the Player's conduct. It guarantees that no personal depiction appears in the image.
If, as a result of or in connection with the Player's conduct, a third party or any authority or court asserts any claim or initiates proceedings against Kifli.hu Shop Kft., the Player is obliged to take all measures required by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. and to compensate Kifli.hu Shop Kft. for all damages, financial disadvantages, and costs (including non-pecuniary damages) incurred by Kifli.hu Shop Kft. due to or in connection with any unlawful conduct of the Player.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions contained in these Contest Rules or the Contest itself, or to terminate it, even during its duration. Notifications of rule modifications or the possible termination of the Contest will be published by the Organizer in the comment announcing the Contest before the modification or termination. It is the responsibility of the Players registering for the Contest to be properly informed about these. Any decision of the Organizer related to this Contest is final and binding in all respects, and no legal action can be initiated in connection with them.
9.2 The Organizer declares and undertakes that if any disputed issue arises in connection with the claiming of the Prize, they will primarily attempt to resolve them with the Participants through negotiation and agreement.
In any disputed matter, the Organizer's decision is decisive.
9.3 Promotions launched on Kifli.hu's Facebook page or Instagram profile are independent of Facebook and Instagram; Facebook does not endorse or participate in them, the Contest is launched solely by the Organizer. During the use of the Contest, the terms and conditions of the Player's internet service provider, as well as the rules of Facebook and Instagram, remain applicable. The Player acknowledges that the message and data transfer, as well as response speed, depend on the technical conditions of the server, and therefore neither the Organizer nor the Administrator assumes responsibility. The above may be adversely affected by network congestion and other factors beyond the Organizer and its partners, such as (but not limited to) network congestion, coverage, connection errors, device performance, and maintaining a secure network connection.
9.4 The Piszke contest rules are available throughout the entire duration of the game on the website https://www.kifli.hu/targy/piszke-nyeremenyjatek-szabalyzat and on the page https://www.facebook.com/www.kifli.hu/?locale=hu_HU.
