Ingredients

  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 pc egg white
  • 100 g vanilla skyr
  • 30 g oat flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g sweetener
  • a few drops vanilla stevia drops (optional)
  • 100 g blueberries

Steps

    In a bowl, mix the egg, egg white, skyr, and sweetener.

    Add the oat flour and a pinch of salt, then mix until smooth.

    Fold in a handful of blueberries.

    Heat a non-stick pancake pan (use very little oil if necessary).

    Spoon the batter into the pan and cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
