Ingredients

  • 1 block (125 g) natural tofu
  • 1 small red onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • a little water

Steps

    Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel, then mash it thoroughly with a fork in a bowl.

    Finely chop the red onion and sauté it until translucent in a little oil (or water).

    Add the mashed tofu to the onion. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.

    Pour in a little water to make it juicier, then fry the mixture for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Serve warm.
