  • 4.8 dl milk
  • 700 g minced pork
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 pc goulash cube
  • 120 g flour
  • 3 pcs red onion
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 pc bell pepper
  • 10 ml cooking oil
  • 1 pc tomato
  • 1 pc pointed hot pepper
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 3 g paprika powder
  • 1 g pepper

    Mix the pancake batter ingredients until smooth, then fry them in the usual way.

    Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until it turns white, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Once the meat is browned, stir in the paprika powder, bell pepper pieces, tomato, and goulash cube, then pour in 2.5 dl of water. (If necessary, add more water during cooking.)

    Cook the stew over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently. Then remove the bell pepper and tomato. Lift the meat onto a plate with a slotted spoon.

    Add the sour cream to the stew and bring it to a boil! If it's too thin, thicken it with one tablespoon of flour.

    Fill the pancakes with the meat, add 1-2 tablespoons of sauce, then fold them. Finally, pour a little sauce and sour cream over them to taste.
