INGREDIENTS
- 200 g fresh asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 strawberries
- 2 tbsp feta
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp honey (if the strawberries are not sweet enough)
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Grill the asparagus or boil it in bubbling, salted water for 4 minutes, but always remove the woody ends beforehand.
- 2Fry the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- 3Wash and slice the strawberries.
- 4When serving, place the asparagus at the bottom of the plate, and then add the other elements.
